Cancellation Policy

• - Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total booking amount.
• - Late Cancellation: Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
• - No-Show or Late Cancellation (less than 15 days): Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The effective cancellation date is when we receive your email.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your cancellation request. Please note that the amount refunded may be adjusted based on the cancellation policy terms. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

Payment Terms Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 20-30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation to secure your tour. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the departure date. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
